About me
I arrived in Tenerife at the end of 2002, with only a suitcase and a surfboard, in the first few years the focus was mainly on the surfing conditions and the pleasant climate all year round, especially in the southern area where I chose to live.
As the island belongs to Spain and the European Union, I could easily obtain a residence card and work legally as I have European citizenship as well as Israeli citizenship.
In the following years I started a family and priorities changed. In 2009 I moved with my family to Barcelona for work, in the end I decided to return to Tenerife to enjoy the quiet life, the perfect climate and the special and homely atmosphere of the Canary Islands culture.
Coming back to Tenerife was like coming home, after more than ten years living here, I learned to know every corner of Tenerife, the local language and concepts and to love Tenerife like a local who has lived on the island all his life. I drove on all roads. I knew walking and cycling routes in the area and when friends and family came from Israel, we travelled together and I took them to all the most beautiful places.
Local guide in Tenerife
During one of the visits of my sister and her son, in the spring of 2014, we travelled together for a whole week, every day, to a different place on the island. We had fun together, also because of the exciting encounter, spending time together with a family from Israel, and also because of the trip and the sights.
One day in the Anga Park area, I told my sister that I would like to be able to guide and travel with Israelis throughout the year and show them the most beautiful places on the island as a local Hebrew-speaking guide, so that I could also meet Israelis. speak my language and feel closer to the country.
In the first step, I set up the website and Facebook page to distribute the content and recommendations so that they could easily find me and contact me for information and travel recommendations to Tenerife.

Since the creation of the website and the web page, the number of referrals has been increasing. I made available to clients a telephone line with an Israeli number that transfers the call abroad to the office or to my mobile and also mobile availability with WhatsApp messages and the possibility to contact via Facebook.
